A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date, with the remaining balance due prior to the tour departure.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to your scheduled tour commencement date will receive a full 100% refund of your deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the tour departure date are strictly non-refundable. Great North Tours reserves the right to alter transport routes, driving paths, or tour sequences in the event of severe weather or road closures to ensure passenger safety.
